How does the Customer Reward Point System work?
Black Mountain Chocolate is now offering Customer Reward Points. The details of our Reward Points system are as follows:
- You must have a registered account and be logged into your account when ordering to gain points.
- Only orders placed through our online store are eligible for Reward Points.
- For each $1 you spend on your order, subtotal only, you will receive 10 points that can be redeemed on future orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in any other way than a discount on future orders through our online store.
- Each point earned is worth $.10 in discount for each $1 spent and only on the subtotal amount of the order. So, for example, a $50 order will earn $5.00 back or 10%. That’s free chocolate!
- Points can only be redeemed on future orders. No cash payment or value outside of this method of redemption.
- Points can not be applied to tax or shipping charges.
- Points are non-transferable
- Points can be accrued. You can choose to apply to your next order or keep them for future orders.
- Does not apply to wholesale orders.
Do you have a walk-in retail location?
As of September 2, 2011 we will no longer be selling from our factory in Swannanoa. You can find our chocolate close by in downtown Black Mountain at The Merry Wine Market on State Street.
We do sell at the Black Mountain Tailgate Market on Saturday mornings from 9-noon, May to October.
For wholesale inquiries of food service items, please email us using the link at the bottom of this page or check our contact page for other ways to inquire.
Sorry, we no longer give tours.
