These dark chocolate chunks are not your average baking chocolate.  Replace your usual selection and take your chocolate chip cookie recipe to a new level.  They can also be mixed using our recipe for drinking chocolate, or use in other recipes for brownies, muffins, scones, pancakes, or even throw a few in the bottom of a bowl and cover with hot chili!
