Shipping:
Safe and timely delivery of your chocolate is important to us. Therefore we take the following steps:
1. We ship early in the week to verify that your package arrives without sitting in a warehouse or truck. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible after it is placed.
2. The destination of each package and weather conditions along the route are taken into consideration when scheduling your shipment. We reserve the right to delay any shipment and will contact you immediately.
3. You will be notified at the email address used with your order when your package has shipped with tracking information.
4. We use insulation and ice packs when necessary to help maintain ideal conditions in your package
We need your help! Here are some steps you can take when ordering:
1. Ship to an address where someone can receive the package when it is delivered.
2. When selecting a shipping method, verify the delivery time to your address. All packages ship from our factory in Swannanoa, NC 28778. We recommend a maximum of 2 days in transit for safe arrival regardless of weather conditions. This step could save you money if ground to your location is 2 days or less.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange it, or refund the cost of the item(s) to the credit card used when purchasing. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment.

If emailing, please include your name, shipping address, date of order and products you are returning. You will receive a return material authorization number (RMA).
To insure a proper refund or exchange please follow these guidelines:
1. Return the product in its original packaging when possible.
2. Write your RMA# on the original packing slip or receipt along with your preference of a refund or exchange. Please place it inside the package with the product.
3. Include the RMA# on the on the shipping label or write it on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation)
5. Keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. We cannot guarantee credit without confirmation of delivery to us.
