The "Crunchy" comes from the nibs. After we roast and winnow (separate the shell) the cocoa beans, the small nibs remain. We then take those nibs and grind them to make the chocolate. We reserve a portion of the nibs to make this bar. Similar to the texture of an almond but all chocolate flavor, this bar will completely satisfy your chocolate craving while taking the crunchy chocolate bar experience to a new level.
