First, we lay down a canvas of more than 85 grams of our handcrafted artisan chocolate. Then we heap our smooth chocolate with mounds of tasty inclusions to create a festival of flavor in one mighty bar. Not for the faint of heart - but enough to share, if you are so inclined.

The Big Winston name is a nod to the historic tobacco auction warehouse that now houses our beautiful Chocolate Factory.

• Salted Caramel Pecan boasts toasted pecans and house-made caramel, sprinkled with sea salt to create the ultimate Turtle bar.
• Ginger-Chili sparkles with the warmth of crystalized ginger and chilies, cooled by our goat milk chocolate.
