Cocoa Nib Turkey Rub

2 T Black Mountain Chocolate Cocoa Nib Seasoning

2 T Ground Ginger

2 T Brown Sugar

2 T Orange Zest

1 T Finely Ground Black Pepper

½ T Salt

¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg

¼ tsp Ground Cloves

Combine all ingredients and store in air tight container in the refrigerator. Prepare turkey as you normally would. Lightly rub with olive oil, apply rub generously and bake until done. If skin is over browning, cover loosely with foil.
